Your experience starts with a short drive from the port to Colonial Harbour — the historic center of Nuuk. Here, your guide will introduce you to the stories of early Greenlandic missions, the evolution of preservation methods, and how beer slowly entered the cultural scene. From there, you’ll visit Killut in the town center to learn about modern local brewing. See a display of craft beer varieties and take a can as a souvenir.

 

Then, enjoy a gentle walk to a cozy local food venue, where the main tasting begins. Over the next hour, enjoy a guided tasting of Greenlandic finger foods — including reindeer or muskox sliders, local fish samplers, sauces, and handcrafted buns — all paired with Greenlandic beers or non-alcoholic alternatives. It’s a delicious and culturally immersive experience.
